• 施術は スポーツオイルマッサージ を中心に行います。特別なご希望がある場合は、事前にご相談ください。

2. ご予約・キャンセルについて

• 当日のキャンセル・変更には、キャンセル料が発生する場合がございます。 詳細は予約時にご確認ください。

3. 施術をお断りする場合

以下のいずれかに該当する場合は、施術をお断りさせていただくことがございます。

• 過度な飲酒や泥酔状態の方
• 皮膚疾患・感染症のある方、発熱・体調不良の方
• 医師からマッサージを禁止されている方
• 暴言・威圧的な態度を取られる方、セラピストに対する不適切な要求をされる方

※施術開始後に上記の理由が判明した場合は、即時中断 し、料金の返金はいたしません。

4. 施術環境について

• 施術を行う際、ベッドや布団など、十分なスペースの確保 をお願いいたします。
• 施術前に シャワーを浴びることを推奨 しております。清潔な状態での施術にご協力ください。

5. 料金・お支払いについて

• 料金は 事前にご案内した金額 を当日お支払いください。
• 現在、お支払いは 現金のみ となります。
• 出張費（交通費）はエリアによって異なりますので、事前にお問い合わせください。

6. 個人情報の取り扱い

• お客様の個人情報は、ご予約やサービス向上の目的以外には使用いたしません。 詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

1. About Our Service

• Our service provides relaxation-focused massage and does not include any medical treatments.
• We specialize in sports oil massage. If you have specific requests, please contact us in advance.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

• Same-day cancellations or changes may incur a cancellation fee. Please check the details at the time of booking.

3. Cases Where Service May Be Refused

We may refuse or discontinue the service in the following cases:

• If the client is heavily intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• If the client has skin conditions, contagious diseases, fever, or any other health issues.
• If the client has been advised by a doctor not to receive massages.
• If the client engages in threatening behavior, inappropriate requests, or harassment of the therapist.

※ If any of the above situations are discovered during the session, the service will be immediately terminated, and no refunds will be provided.

4. Massage Environment

• Please prepare a suitable space for the massage, such as a bed or futon with enough room for the therapist to work comfortably.
• We recommend taking a shower before the session to maintain cleanliness and enhance the experience.

5. Payment & Fees

• Payment should be made on the day of the appointment according to the pre-confirmed price.
• Currently, we accept cash payment only.
• A travel fee may apply depending on your location. Please inquire for details.

6. Privacy Policy

• We strictly protect and do not use your personal information for any purpose other than managing your reservation and improving our service. Please refer to our privacy policy for more details.
